Funding has been secured from the Devon Local Authorities, EDF and National Energy Action (NEA) to support the DAWS which resulted in the appointment of the Devon Affordable Warmth Officer. The DAWO will promote and support the delivery of the AW strategy’s tasks. He is working together with local authorities, the Local Energy Support Team and the local Energy Efficiency Advice Centre as well as other stakeholders to raise awareness of affordable warmth issues and help to achieve warmer homes across the county.
